What we collect

Your mobile number and name, order details and uploaded documents, names of people you order for, and document expiry dates you save for reminders.

Why

To fulfil your orders, contact you about them on WhatsApp, remind you of renewals, and meet accounting and legal requirements.

What we never collect

We never collect passwords, and card data never touches our servers (handled by a licensed payment gateway). Verification codes are stored encrypted for minutes and then erased.

Who can see it

Only the agent assigned to your order and operations supervisors, the authority as needed for the transaction, and our payment and WhatsApp providers. We never sell your data or use it for ads.

Your rights

Access, correct, and delete your account from "My account"; payment records are retained for the statutory period.
