Reefai Service is operated by Reef Value Company (CR 7053430224) to help individuals complete government transactions on their behalf.

1. The service

We process your request through the official channels of the relevant authority under your authorization. We are not a government body; the final decision rests with the authority.

2. Fees and government charges

Our displayed fees are for our service and include VAT unless stated otherwise. Government charges are separate and paid by you directly to the authority.

3. Your obligations

Provide accurate, up-to-date information and documents, and respond to our agent within a reasonable time.

4. Verification codes

We never ask for passwords. A verification code sent through the dedicated field is shown once to the assigned agent and then erased.

5. Cancellation and refunds

You may cancel before payment. After payment, if we have not started or the service cannot be completed for reasons not caused by you, we refund our fee in full to the original payment method within 14 business days. Government charges are non-refundable.

6. Liability

We are not liable for rejections caused by incorrect information or unmet regulatory requirements; our fee is refunded if the service is not completed.
